Kevin Laird is an operations strategist, systems architect and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt who has spent more than two decades studying how people, teams and organizations perform at their highest level.
His experience spans collegiate athletics, performance psychology, entrepreneurship, real estate operations and executive leadership. As Chief Operating Officer for Salud Total, he led operational strategy for an organization coordinating a nationwide network supporting more than 50,000 clients, redesigning intake, standardizing procedures and implementing scalable, AI-enabled workflows.

He served on the founding team of Deloitte Digital, advised companies including Ford, Sony and Walmart, and worked as a Futurist for IBM’s Future of Work and Future of Marketing efforts. He also mentored founders through the Google Launchpad Accelerator and architected Intel’s first global social-media and influencer strategy.
