Approach
Decision Science Corp used deterministic SQL rules and email-native signals first—two-way correspondence, starred and important messages, frequency, recency and organizational patterns—then reserved model calls for the smaller set that genuinely required inference.

Outcome
The priority surface narrowed to roughly 500 high-value senders, reducing the planning timeline from approximately ten years to about three days. This is an illustrative planning estimate based on the documented queue strategy, not a measured completion timestamp.
